At a Music and Movement program class today, the teacher asked each child to identify their best friends. When she asked Ynigo, he answered, "MOMMY".
It surely feels good to be considered a bestfriend by your own child... I just pray that he will still see me as his bestfriend even when he gets older. I look forward to sharing his joys, pains, struggles and triumphs.

ReplyDeleteAs a mother hearing "something sweet" from you're son, it is surely feels so GOOD=).
ReplyDeletehow sweet of Ynigo :) it is unusual for a little boy to consider his mom as his BESTFRIEND :) it is usually the dad :)
ReplyDeleteoOoOhH....! Ynigo is a very sweet son. I know that for a mother, if you hear that word to your child you really feel good and happy because he treated you as his best friend that is not usually happens between a parent and a kid.
ReplyDeleteI like this blog because I can relate our relationships with my mother, as I treated her as my number one best friend were I’m very open for everything that happens in my life while I’m growing older.
Ynigo surely is a sweet child.. Doing things with your son really helps a lot teach.. he sees u as his best friend, his playmate, and his mom all at the same time.. i wish i could also hear it from my kids.. u're really lucky to have him.. GOD Bless you both
