2nd Day: we used cotton for the sky and blue cellophane for the water.
3rd Day: we colored sand then used it for land, gathered leaves outside for the trees and drew plants.
4th Day: gold crepe paper was crumbled by Yñigo. He also drew stars and we filled each star with glitters. I also made a dotted form of a moon for him to trace and fill with sequins.
5th day: Ynigo stenciled birds on a sheet of paper and covered with makeshift feathers. We drew and stenciled fish for him to fill with scales using sequins.
6th day: for the animals and man we made a collage. We searched for pictures to cut in magazines and newspapers and pasted them. Ynigo cut some out too.
7th day: since God rested on this day, I asked Yñigo to crumple scratch papers and stuff a pillow we made out of paper.
Through out the week we used the song In The Beginning from the Toddlers Bible Songs and the memory verse Genesis 1:1. We also read the bible about the creation each day.

You are the perfect homeschooling mom. I'm just grateful to God that I was given the opportunity to do the same to Gabriel last year. Di nga lang ganyan kabongga! But you! With all the works, the crafts, the arts, I'd say " dapat ata pinaturuan ko na lang si Gab kay beth!" Haha! I'm happy for you and Ynigo.
ReplyDeletehahaha! Love you, Glenda!
